Since the rise of COVID, we're taking digital resources to the classroom (or the classroom to digital resources) more than ever. With this, there has been an unprecedented request for separate answer keys.

Just as before COVID you could simply print selected pages to omit the answer key, you can do the same with a PDF.

This quickly discusses options using Adobe or smallpdf.com

In Adobe, you can simply DELETE the answer key pages and save it under a new file name, such as "Resource_NoKey.pdf" or "Resource_GoogleClassroomversion.pdf"

You can also split the PDF into 2 separate files using Adobe by selecting the Organize feature, highlighting the desired pages, and using the Extract tool, as pictured below.

If you don't have access to Adobe or any other PDF software, no worries. This can easily be done online. I recommend using https://smallpdf.com/split-pdf

The same steps can be taken as described below using the website https://smallpdf.com/split-pdf
