The only instance where resources may be posted on the internet are when they are housed in a private/password protected website (such as Google Classroom or Canvas). You may not post Biology Roots materials online to a website where they are publicly accessible and able to be picked up by a search engine.
For items on Google Classroom, do not publish the resource to the web to share to your online platform, as this would make it public. Please reach out to your IT department or support for your specific online learning platform for information.
